I stayed at La Maja Suites for a night stopover and felt safe and well taken care of. Gabriel, the front desk staff, was friendly and accommodating, looking after my bags before and after check-in and allowing me to stay in the bar while waiting for my night bus. The room was just right, with AC, a TV, and tasteful decor. Gabriel went above and beyond, being an amazing example of excellent customer service. The location was convenient, within a two-minute walk from essential places. a comfortable stay that I would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the bustling downtown. Within minutes, we had access to all the essential places we needed to visit. Our room was a perfect sanctuary after a long day of trekking. It was elegantly decorated, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom had hot water instantly, and there were generous toiletries provided. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us whenever needed. The air conditioning worked splendidly, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the sweltering heat.
There was a bit of noise from the surrounding area, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.
